Natures Way Foods Announces Sale to Family-Owned Business Taylor Fresh Foods
After 31 years of successful ownership, Robert and David Langmead have made the strategic decision to sell Natures Way Foods, following an approach from the family-owned and operated business Taylor Fresh Foods.
Robert and David have always been committed to securing the best possible future for Natures Way Foods, its people, and its partners. The family-to-family nature of this transition was an important factor in the decision, ensuring Natures Way Foods continues under ownership that shares similar values and long-term vision.
With strong roots in farming, Taylor Fresh Foods has a deep understanding of the food industry and what it takes to build a successful business. Like Natures Way Foods, they have been growing steadily for more than 30 years and have expressed their full support for Natures Way Foods’ Executive Team and colleagues, recognising them as central to the company’s ongoing success.
Robert added, “It has been a joy to build this business over 31 years, but we realise that the time has come to pass the reins on to ensure Natures Way Foods’ continued success. We couldn’t have done this without our incredible team and extend warm thanks to the many colleagues who have worked alongside us on this journey. The future of Natures Way Foods is safe in their hands”.
Robert continues to focus on growing his commercial property development business, Kingsbridge, which is well placed to take on exciting opportunities and strengthen its position as a leading developer in the South.
At the same time, he is developing his sustainability and biodiversity project at Halnaker Hill Farm, aiming to create a thriving, environmentally friendly farm that supports wildlife, protects the land, and demonstrates practical ways to care for nature.
Robert and his family are also committed to giving back, and they continue to actively support causes that matter to them, including Restless Development, the South Downs National Park, and Winston’s Wish (Child Bereavement UK).
