Business

Robert has established several successful businesses, including leading food manufacturer Natures Way Foods and award winning property developer, Kingsbridge.

Founded in 1994 by brothers Robert and David Langmead, Natures Way Foods started as a small facility, supplying bagged salads to Tesco during the early stages of prepared produce. Their goal was to merge the freshest locally sourced lettuce with advanced food manufacturing techniques.

Under Robert’s leadership the company thrived doubling in size annually for its initial four years. Within five years, the company had become a trusted supplier to major retailers including Tesco, Morrisons and McDonalds.

Today, Robert continues his role as Founder and Shareholder of Natures Way Foods, the company now employs 1,500 staff and operates across its four manufacturing units with an annual revenue of £250m.
