Kingsbridge was recognised with wins in two categories at the South Coast Property Awards, which celebrate the achievements of property professionals and businesses in the Solent region.

The team were delighted to win Property Deal of the Year for their development and sale of Concorde Park, Segensworth. The award was in recognition of the success of the full lifecycle project, which was speculatively built and let to quality occupants before being sold for £23.4m, just over a year after construction completed.

Accepting the award, Paul Butler, Chief Finance Officer, said: “We were involved for the full lifecycle of the Concorde Park from the start and taking it all the way through. We start with a business plan, set goals and a target return rate. Creating a profit is the full story of succeeding at what you set out to do, which is what is so rewarding.”

The team were also proud to see Kingsbridge founder Robert Langmead and CEO Chris Fry honoured with the outstanding contribution award. They said: “Given the line-up for this award, it was fantastic to be acknowledged, and to win was great for our team. We have put a tremendous effort in over the last two years and it is nice to be recognised by our professional community.”
