Robert Langmead and the team at Kingsbridge are proud to have won in two categories at the 2023 South Coast Property Awards, recognising their status as a leading developer and landlord of choice in the south.
The team went home with the trophy for Commercial Development of the Year for their project at 32 New Lane, Havant, delivered in partnership with Bridges Fund Management.
This highly sustainable last-mile logistics scheme retained employment use at a key site in the borough and was pre-let to a global internet retail and logistics business, creating hundreds of local jobs. They were also pleased to be finalists in the Deal of the Year category for the funding of this project.
Meanwhile Kingsbridge were honoured to have been recognised as the landlord of choice in the south with the Landlord of the Year award.
The entry highlighted their proactive management approach and forward-thinking attitude to meeting demand – for example by offering ‘plug and play’ fit-out arrangements that help spread capital cost for tenants – together with their engagement in the communities in which they work.
